**About our role**:
Join our International Team as our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, reporting to the International Account Manager. You will manage the coordination and process of the day-to-day running of the International Sales division. This is a full-time, 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract, with potential to extend.

**What you will do**:
Your position will be varied and challenging and will include, but not be limited to the below.
- Ensure integrity of information in International sales reports
- Maintain up to date and accurate price lists for the international offer
- Review and support trade spend activity and claims for all international customers
- Work with the Logistics team to process orders in a timely fashion
- Direct contact for all sample enquiries and processing
- Work with Trade Partners to activate within e-commerce platforms in China
- Coordinate faulty stock credits and claims
- Coordinate packaging updates and approvals (internally & externally) for market compliance
- Liaison point for internal and external customers regarding general sales related information, product additions and deletions and new launches.
- Liaison point for external customers regarding packaging, logos, and product imagery

**About you**:
You will be enthusiastic and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and customers and provide efficient support for our busy international business.

To be successful in this role you will have the below skills and experience;
- Fluent in Mandarin (desirable) and English
- Teritary qualification in Commerce or similar will be highly regarded
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, with excellent Numeracy skills
- Highly organised and disciplined with well-developed Communication skills
- An understanding of the current FMCG Retail environment, including Industry knowledge
- An understanding of the E-Commerce marketplace in China
