About the role

CFM Air Conditioning is seeking an Internal Sales/Estimator to join our team in Hallam, Victoria. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and generating accurate estimates and detailed scope of work for our commercial client's.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing prompt and professional quotations to our customer's in a timely manner
  2. Managing the internal sales email in-box.
  3. Managing and maintaning the CFM/Simpro quote WIP.
  4. Liaising with our technical team to ensure accurate specification of parts and labour
  5. Purchasing of parts as required and management of inwards goods/orders
  6. Liasing with, negotiating and reviewing trade supplier accounts to ensure competitive buying, and correct commercial discounts to produce and remain competitive for our clients.
  7. Assisting with the coordination of job scheduling and delivery
  8. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  9. Reporting on all sales related activities.
  10. Contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal processes and procedures

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in an internal sales, estimating, or customer service role within a Trade based industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  3. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and installation requirements
  4. Proficiency in preparing accurate estimates and quotations, with a keen eye for detail
  5. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
  6. Proficient in using relevant computer software, such as estimating tools and CRM systems, Simpro experience is desirable.
  7. A team-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
