We're on the lookout for an
Internal Sales Coordinator
to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and wants to play an active part in shaping how lighting can be both functional and planet-friendly.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients — delivering exceptional service, supporting our sales pipeline, and helping us tell our story through creative marketing. You'll work closely with our designers, sales team, and clients to ensure projects run smoothly.

What You'll Do

  • Be the friendly face (and voice) of Ark Lighting for client enquiries
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Prepare quotes and pricing submissions
  • Support the sales team with new business opportunities and project follow-through
  • Assist in creating engaging marketing campaigns, social media content, and event support
  • Help coordinate projects and keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes
  • Champion Ark Lighting's values, contributing to a collaborative, supportive culture
