**About the Opportunity**

This is a newly created role and Link Assistive are determined to provide their new marketing person with all the support and tools they need to succeed and thrive in their role. They are good people to work with, highly valuing a strong and inclusive company culture.

In this role you will
- Work with Link Assistive management to develop an inaugural company marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and consistency.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Assist with exhibition and conference displays and stands.
- Monitor marketing campaigns and SEO, analyse data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness and assist management to make data-driven decisions.

Ideally, this is a part-time role and as a family-friendly company, the days and hours are open for discussion.

**About You**

Link Assistive is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who can unify and expand upon their existing brand, and ensure consistency in their messaging, be it via digital, print or physical. You will need to be able to advise and lead and not be afraid to speak up and think outside of the box. You'll also need to adapt to the geographically diverse team, contribute face-to-face at our Adelaide headquarters, and enjoy interacting with people.

To be successful in this role, you revel in the joys of working with people in this friendly, vibrant team. You will have some solid experience under your belt and
- Have a genuine interest in working in a team focused on finding solutions that improve the lives of people living with disability
- Be a generalist - comfortable working across all facets of marketing from strategic to tactical
- Have the capability to write engaging content
- Bring expertise in the digital aspects of marketing and advertising including SEO and other online attraction strategies
- Be aligned with Link Assistive's brand and ethos
- Bring proven experience in marketing for small to medium-sized business
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
