As part of this exciting growth, we are looking to bring on a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator who can help position Techpay as a leader in our space and ensure our brand stands out in the competitive business technology market.
Role Summary:
As the Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the public image and digital presence of Techpay Australia. You will be responsible for conceptualising and executing creative marketing campaigns that align with our business goals, as well as designing and delivering modern, impactful collateral across multiple platforms. Working closely with senior leadership, sales, and operations, your role is integral in driving brand awareness, generating new business interest, and supporting our national expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Campaigns & Strategy
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and lead generation.
- Track campaign performance and analytics to continuously optimise ROI.
- Social Media & LinkedIn Branding
- Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms.
- Build a strong digital presence for Techpay, targeting business audiences and industry decision-makers.
- Internal Collateral Design
- Design and maintain branded internal sales and marketing materials such as:
- Proposal templates
- Pricebooks
- Presentation decks
- Ensure consistency and professionalism in all visual and written content.
- Website Development
- Lead the redesign and relaunch of Techpay's company website.
- Oversee layout, product updates, UX/UI improvements, and modernisation of site structure and content.
- Email Marketing & CRM Integration
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp and internal CRM/billing systems.
- Maintain and segment mailing lists to target relevant business audiences with tailored content.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years marketing experience in a similar role within the business technology, telecommunications, or B2B finance industries.
- Proven ability to run end-to-end digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong skills in content creation, social media management (particularly LinkedIn), and branding.
- Experience designing and producing professional collateral (e.g., using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Website project management experience, with an eye for design and user experience.
- Knowledge of marketing automation and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
- A proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
