**Micrology Coffee Roasters** is seeking a **Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Manager** (title commensurate with experience) to join our crew. This is an exciting role for a hands-on marketer who can **create and execute a full-stack marketing strategy** - from big-picture brand campaigns to day-to-day social media posts. You’ll be driving **marketing initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels**, helping us engage wholesale partners (cafés, restaurants) _and_ coffee-loving retail customers

At **Micrology Coffee**, we don’t just serve coffee we obsess over it where coffee meets craftsmanship. We source, roast, and brew some of Australia’s finest specialty coffee but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. Our team is small, dynamic, and innovative, and we’re committed to raising the bar or coffee in Perth.

**The Role**:
**You Will Be Doing Things Like**:

- Creating and executing marketing strategies (B2C & B2B)
- Running digital campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & Klaviyo
- Driving social media, EDMs, and promotions
- Owning our marketing calendar and brand storytelling
- Leading local collaborations and public promotional events

**Who You Are**:

- Experienced with digital tools (Meta Suite, Canva, Capcut, Klaviyo, Shopify, Google Ads etc.)
- Great with content and copy, plus a strong eye for design
- Organised, proactive, creative, and results-driven
- Ideally with experience with FMCG, hospitality, or similar

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
