**About the Role**

n exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our growing organisation at our Head Office in Albion Park Rail.With a strong existing brand presence, we are searching for a Marketing professional to drive all marketing initiatives in support of the organisations continued growth in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions.Reporting to the company Owner/Director, you will draw on your experience to take ownership of the Marketing function and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on all key marketing objectives.This is a varied role with expertise required across the marketing mix and will suit a motivated, results-orientated professional with a desire to have a direct impact on the long-term success of the business.

**Essential Criteria**:
Degree qualified in MarketingA minimum of three years’ experience in a Marketing Coordinator (or similar) roleExperience working in WordPress or a similar CMSPipedrive (or similar) CRM management experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multi-channel campaigns through to post campaign analysisExperience utilising web and social analytics tools to analyse, interpret and report on data to improve marketing performanceAbility to develop and manage effective, targeted Social Media Marketing campaignsExperience in managing budgetsFamiliarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Primary duties**:
**Salary**: $60,109.57 - $90,426.13 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Albion Park Rail, NSW 2527: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
