**About the role**

We are seeking a marketing coordinator to drive growth and manage our newest brand Treatment Tech.

This is a casual hybrid position, starting at 7 hours a week. In this role, there is flexibility around work hours, with a combination of working remotely and working in the office.

**What you'll be doing**
- Strategic digital communications and content creation
- Implementation of sales-based tactics across multiple media channels and customer touchpoints
- Management and monitoring of digital marketing content across channels
- Marketing research and analysis to identify new opportunities for promotions and input into brand strategy
- SEO and tracking of Google analytics and website performance
- Development of high-quality and engaging communications to B2B and B2C markets

**Ideal person**
- Experience designing and creating high quality content in digital marketing
- An understanding of strategic media channels and key touchpoints to reach new customers
- Ability to create high quality, engaging content to reach target audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail in proofing and editing content before publishing
- Good knowledge or understanding of how to use social media platforms, digital marketing tools and basic design programs like Canva
- Ability to learn or some experience in SEO best practices, including website analytics and optimisation
- Communication skills to report marketing results effectively back to management
- Someone who can work well in a team but also independently from home with mínimal supervision to achieve tasks and meet KPIs
- Interest in learning about products in the advanced manufacturing industry.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
