About the Role

You'll lead the coordination and execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives that align with both short-term campaigns and long-term brand goals. This role focuses heavily on digital strategy, content development, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms
• Work with SEO and analytics teams
• Collaborating with our Website Developer to maintain and enhance our website
• Creating content for internal and external communications, including web, email, intranet, and social media
• Ensuring all marketing collateral aligns with our brand voice and identity
• Supporting the management team with marketing planning and reporting
• Conducting market and competitor research to identify opportunities
• Coordinating and managing digital assets and marketing calendars
• Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed
• Creating and coordinating all material for campaigns including outdoor, audio, direct marketing and digital.

Your Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone who has a solid foundation and is ready to grow. The ideal candidate will have:

Required:

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in a full-time diverse marketing role
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and platforms
• Proven experience in content writing and brand messaging across web and print
• Competency in using content management systems and email marketing tools
• Experience managing multiple platforms per campaign
• A diploma or tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• Able to work autonomously and in a team
• Outstanding communication skills
• At least three referees
• Proven success in brand growth and management across multiple platforms

Desirable:

• Previous marketing management role
• Understanding of advertising compliance and brand alignment
• An interest in lifestyle, quality products, or building industry a bonus
• Experience working in a privately owned company
