**About the Role**

As a **Marketing Coordinator**, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and **expanding our market presence**. Working closely with both **local and global teams**, you will ensure brand consistency and help position Hanshow as a leader in the Australian retail technology space.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in **developing and implementing** marketing strategies aligned with Hanshow Australia’s objectives.
- Plan, execute, and manage **marketing campaigns** tailored to the Australian market.
- Oversee **digital marketing**, content creation, and promotional activities.
- Organize and coordinate **events, trade shows, and product launches**.
- Conduct **market research and competitor analysis** to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with **internal and external stakeholders** to maintain brand alignment.
- Provide **administrative support** as needed.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree** or above in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in marketing, preferably in **retail technology or B2B sectors**.
- Strong understanding of **digital marketing, social media, and content creation**.
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (required).**:

- **Experience working in a bilingual (English & Mandarin) environment is preferred.**:

- **Creative thinking** and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to **manage multiple projects** in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in **event planning and campaign management**.
- Ability to work **independently and collaboratively**.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
