**Description**:
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating content across various channels, including social media, website and sales tools. This role supports social media growth, video production and website optimisation, while also coordinating events like trade shows and CPD presentations.
Content Development - Internal and External
- Coordinate the creation of high-quality content for Fairview’s marketing channels, including social media, website, EDMs, blog posts, online listings and sales enablement materials (e.g. brochures).

Social Media Management
- Drive the growth of Fairview’s social media presence by increasing followers, engagement and website traffic through regular content creation and strategic planning.

Website and Online Listings Management
- Ensure the frequent update and optimisation of the company website and online listings, maintaining user-friendly and SEO-optimised content to enhance online visibility.

Event and Education Coordination
- Coordinate and support events and educational initiatives, including participation in trade shows and coordinating the Fairview CPD program for Architects and Engineers.

Video Production
- Creation of high-quality videos for both internal and external use to support marketing initiatives and brand messaging.

Marketing Strategy Support
- Contribute to the broader marketing department by assisting with strategy development, campaign planning and execution across various marketing channels.

**Skills and Experiences**:
ESSENTIAL
- 1-2 years of marketing experience.
- Proficient in graphic design.
- Strong social media experience, including content creation and paid advertising management.
- Basic SEO knowledge and web development skills.

DESIRABLE
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CMS.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO and web development techniques.
- Videography, video editing and photography skills.
