High achiever required to lead one of Dutton One's retail dealerships in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to fill a previously long held & sought after position with a supporting administration team that does most of the admin & _heavy lifting_ for you, leaving you to drive sales. We require a driven operator who can deliver consistent personal and departmental results and customer service that is second to none. The right applicant will feel at home amongst a tight-knit, motivated and progressive team of winners, representing Australia’s most dynamic prestige dealer group with the best inventory offering and most sought after vehicles - all year round You will be an experienced professional who loves cars, has good basic mechanical knowledge, good computer skills & knows how to put a deal together with a natural flair for sales, customer service, and relationships. You will lead by example, manage your clients, recruit, mentor & manage your sales team while being responsible for the department as a whole.
