**Job Role**:
We are looking for a creative and energetic individual with experience in selling process automation and capture solution and e-signature solutions. We want someone who dares to do things differently and positively impact the business. The Sales Manager's responsibilities include account and territory planning, prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing new business within Australia and New Zealand. The role will be to develop, manage and execute sales plans focused on achieving revenue goals consistently on a quarterly and annual basis through a proven solution selling methodology.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, qualify, orchestrate and close new business within Enterprise & SMB companies
- Develop and execute aggressive sell-to and sell-through strategies
- Build mid-level and executive-level relationships and establish meetings with a broad array of end-users and partners
- Create account planning and proactively drive the opportunity to closure
- Host customers' and partners' events F2F and virtually
- Manages and records all activity, forecast and pipelines in CRM
- Remain informed and up to date on industry news, market and competitive activity
- Willingness to travel (once it is safe to do so in the future)

**Required Skills**:

- Proven sales track record in consultative solution selling
- 5+ years of client-facing quota-carrying sales experience
- Experience building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with customers and partners
- Experience selling software or solution deals at mid-level to senior-level stakeholders
- Consistent over-achievement of sales targets in past positions
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with internal and external relevant stakeholders
- Account planning and management skills
- Practical problem-solving skills and an ability to present innovative solutions to customer needs
- Good organisational and planning skills and an ability to set and manage priorities
- Self-motivator with the ability to work independently and solve problems
- Dare to take a risk and make positive changes
