**The company**:
This organisation has been operating for almost 20 years and is a genuine leader in the global energy production space who design, produce and distribute diesel and gas generators, air compressors and lighting towers, as well as providing sales, after sales and warranty support.

The results speak for themselves in this business, with their products selling like hot cakes despite being on the back end of the pandemic as well as the issue of supply restriction however they have been so successful due to the belief in their product.

This company is consistently growing, and they are now looking to build on their team due to this growth they are experiencing.

**The role**:
This is an opportunity to step into a Sales Administration role where you will be providing essential support for the Sales Specialists.

You must have excellent communication skills, have great attention to detail, follow policies and procedures and ensure everything is running smoothly and that you are providing optimal service to customers.

Duties will also include:

- Assist Sales Specialists in the ongoing development of tenders, including liasing with contractors and negotiating contracts
- Action enquiries from their relevant sector in a timely fashion and ability to close enquiries
- Prepare invoices and sales contract ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Assist the Director with project meetings
- Review stock levels
- Liasing with Logistics, Warehouse and Accounts team to facilitate stock coming into and out of the warehouse
- Must be able to work in the Smithfield office Monday - Friday

These roles don’t specifically require a sales administration background as it is all about your attitude and desire to make a long-term career here.

You may come from a similar background or perhaps you have worked in a similar environment/ may have come from a trades background.
