**Job Description**:
We are seeking a Communications Manager to join our Consumer team on permanent basis, where the focus will be purely on internal communications across the organisation, supporting the Director of Corporate Affairs and Communications.

The role will develop and drive ongoing internal communications including leadership communication, intranet management and content creation to engage with staff across the organisation.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
- Support the development and implementation of internal communications plans that will enable the company to achieve business goals and successfully transform and adopt organisational changes.
- Support the leadership team through effective internal communications plans, content creation and project management.
- Lead the development of dynamic materials and tools to engage leaders and employees - both office based, remote and frontline workers.
- Draft messaging to leaders to drive ownership of message delivery to target internal audiences.
- Support various mass-communication initiatives such as town halls, monthly business updates.
- Support the use of creative storytelling, messaging, multi-media content and a full mix of offline and online channels to drive awareness and engagement and achieve desired outcomes
- Partner with other communications team members to ensure various internal initiatives are rolled out flawlessly and impactfully.

- Agility to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
- Attention to detail and quality; and a strong commitment to delivery
- Collaborative and customer-centric
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- 10 years’ experience in internal communications within a complex matrix environment
- Outstanding copywriting skills and the ability to write and edit a diverse range of written communications
- Experience with change communications programs including planning and delivery.
- Experience in implementation of internal communication channels such as Facebook Workplace or Yammer
- Proficiency in Office, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams Live Event
- Event management experience required for internal communications events
- Video editing and graphic design skills preferred
