**SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION MANAGER**
- Permanent full-time position
- 38 hours per week
- $90,000 - $100,000 per year + superannuation
- Location: Banksmeadow

The successful applicant will report to senior management and be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, logistics, warehouse operations, and fulfillment across international markets.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies and policies
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels at mínimal cost
- Negotiate supplier contracts to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met
- Oversee and review storage and inventory systems
- Operate and manage systems to track all stock movements and reordering schedules
- Coordinate with internal departments and external logistics partners for outbound shipping
- Ensure accurate recording of all procurement, inventory, and distribution activities
- Lead and supervise operational staff and monitor performance

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Strong negotiation, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience with inventory planning and international logistics preferred
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under pressure
