Key Account Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and contributing to the growth of our concrete business. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical, commercial & sustainability (Greenstar, EPD's) requirements of the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Proactively reach out to customers to identify new opportunities and address any concerns.
Sales Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities when required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in securing new clients and projects.
Product Knowledge
- Develop a deep understanding of our concrete products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Will possess a strong understanding of the technical, commercial, and sustainability requirements of the construction industry, including Green Star, EPDs, and related standards.
Order Processing And Coordination
- Process customer Quotes efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Provide support to customers regarding order status, delivery slots, and any other inquiries.
Quotation And Pricing
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations based on customer requirements.
- Work closely with the team to ensure pricing strategies align with market trends and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction material sales within the concrete or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting an exceeding sales target.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
