**The Client**

Freight Forwarding, Warehouse & Distribution experts with modern systems in place to successfully facilitate clients' requirements.

**The Position**

You will support the operations, sales team by assisting with:

- General sales administration
- Prepare monthly sales reports and analysis
- Liaise with clients and internal departments
- Assist the sales team secure leads
- Aid the customer service team implement new clients
- Support key holders with client rates and quotes
- Manage and maintain systems to ensure sales success

**The Requirements**

To be considered for this role you require:

- Proven freight forwarding experience in customer service and/or sales support
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Corporate presentation
- Professional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Energy and eagerness to succeed
- Current Australian Driver's license
- Full time, permanent Australian work rights
