**About the Company**:
Our client is a global advertising technology and services provider, helping brands and agencies to manage the creation, optimisation, storage and delivery of content.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Key Account Manager is responsible for client retention, revenue and market share growth.

Duties include:

- Client retention and growth; proactively engaging with clients and developing effective relationships, increasing revenue with up-selling/cross-selling opportunities;
- Client Acquisition/Sales; proactively manage business prospects from identification to conversion;
- Operations; managing back end administration and compliance

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years' sales/account management experience working in a creative media, advertising or digital agency;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience achieving sales and/or retention targets
- Ability to work autonomously
