We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join our team and help us drive growth and success in this dynamic industry.
**Job Overview**:
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers in the medical aesthetics market. You will identify and pursue opportunities to expand sales and drive revenue growth by leveraging your knowledge of the market, our products, and our competition. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key customers to achieve revenue targets and market share growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in each account
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and positioning our clients products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and improve sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all account activity in CRM system
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and network with key customers and stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales or key account management in the medical aesthetics market
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
