**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a Junior Event Coordinator (rockstar in the making) to join us for a **12**-month** contract.

As our Junior Event Coordinator, you will work in a range of environments with several key stakeholders, meaning the ability to quickly adapt and communicate with excellence will play a key part in your role.

With exciting travel opportunities across USA, UK, Singapore, New Zealand and throughout Australia you must be willing and able to travel frequently both interstate and/or internationally for up to two weeks at a time.

**What You'll be Responsible For**:
Reporting to the COO, the Junior Event Coordinator will be responsible for organising and managing our events in the lead-up to, and on the day of the event.

**What You'll Bring to **the role**:

- Event planning, design, budgeting and production within time limits.
- Working with our customers to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Research and booking venues, schedule guests, draft and finalise contracts, and lock down day-of logistics.
- Guest list management.
- Organising and arranging details such as decor, catering, audio-visual requirements, entertainment, venue, and merchandise.
- Handle day-to-day administration of events and programs, including order placements, BEO reviews, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations, attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP tracking, and issues resolution
- Budget/Administration support.
- Post-event reporting and analysis.
- Assisting the marketing/sales team with event promotions.

**To thrive in this **role,** you will have**:

- Fantastic communication skills.
- Project Management experience
- 1-2 years' experience in events or education/training equivalent (Events Studies) - recent Graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-service mindset.
- Willingness to grow and evolve with the role.
