Our Building & Compliance team are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to fill a position as Building Administration Assistant to provide quality and administrative support to ensure that an efficient and effective service is provided to the community.

**What can you bring to the team?**
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in customer services
- Certificate III in office administration, business studies or computer studies or similar would be highly regarded
- Possess excellent data input skills, including speed and accuracy
- Excellent administration skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in adapting to new systems and technology.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office package including outlook, Word and Excel.
- Previous experience working in Local Government would be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
**The finer details**
This fulltime Level 3 position attracts a pro-rata salary range of $70,866 - $76,641 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
