**What can you bring to the team?**
- Minimum 12 months previous experience in a front-line customer service position.
- Previous experience in a similar health, building or planning administration role is desirable
- Possess an understanding of health service programs and services is desirable
- Well-developed organisational skills and initiative to prioritise workload and deliver timely services.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Possess excellent data input skills, including speed and accuracy.
- Previous experience working in Local Government would be an advantage.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Certificate III in office administration or related field would be highly regarded.
- Experience in adapting to new systems and technology.
**The finer details**
This full-time Level 3 position attracts a salary range of $73,347 - $79,323 gross per annum dependent on qualifications and experience. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
As part of our recruitment process, you will be required to complete a drug and alcohol test.
