**The opportunity**
We are in the market for an experienced Administration Assistant - Rates, you are passionate about your profession and enjoy the rewards of a good challenge.
The Administration Assistant - Rates position is a dynamic role designed to support the effective operation of the City’s Rates team. The officer will be the first point of contact, providing high-level customer service and handling various administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing data integrity, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with the City’s policies and procedures. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- **Experience and Qualifications**: Relevant experience in administrative roles and any necessary qualifications as outlined in the position description.
