About the role

As an Allocations and Administration Assistant at All Nurses WA, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy nursing agency. This is a casual position based in Mandurah WA.

What you'll be doing

  • Allocating nursing staff to shifts and placements based on skills, availability and client needs
  • Maintaining detailed records of nursing staff allocations and timesheets
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and responding to inquiries
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new nursing staff and maintaining up-to-date personnel files
  • Collaborating with the nursing team and clients to ensure efficient and effective shift coverage
  • The role also requires being on call during the week and some weekends

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and database systems
  • Experience in a similar allocations or rostering role within the labour hire, home care, aged care or hospital sectors would be desirable.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
  • An ability to work autonomously with strong problem solving skills
