About the role
As an Allocations and Administration Assistant at All Nurses WA, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy nursing agency. This is a casual position based in Mandurah WA.
What you'll be doing
- Allocating nursing staff to shifts and placements based on skills, availability and client needs
- Maintaining detailed records of nursing staff allocations and timesheets
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and responding to inquiries
- Assisting with the onboarding of new nursing staff and maintaining up-to-date personnel files
- Collaborating with the nursing team and clients to ensure efficient and effective shift coverage
- The role also requires being on call during the week and some weekends
What we're looking for
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook and database systems
- Experience in a similar allocations or rostering role within the labour hire, home care, aged care or hospital sectors would be desirable.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
- An ability to work autonomously with strong problem solving skills
