About us

Go Doors, a member of the Record / Assa Abloy Group, is one of Western Australia's leading providers of automatic doors, roller doors, gates, and related solutions. We specialise in supplying and installing industry-leading brands across the commercial sector and hold multiple contracts with both government and private organisations. As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated and proactive Service Coordinator.

The Position

Join a collaborative and supportive team of Service Coordinators where your role will be vital to the smooth delivery of our services. In this fast-paced, varied position, you'll play a central role in managing customer enquiries, scheduling technicians, preparing quotes, and ensuring parts are sourced efficiently. On-the-job training is provided to help you succeed in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service jobs and schedule field technicians
  • Handle incoming service calls and customer enquiries
  • Prepare quotes and liaise with clients and contractors
  • Manage preventive maintenance contracts and service requests
  • Source parts and assist with project coordination
  • Maintain accurate records using company systems

The Person

We're looking for a motivated and organised professional with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in a scheduling, administration, or coordination role
  • Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • The ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Good technical aptitude and attention to detail

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience in service-based industries such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or similar
  • Familiarity with simPRO or comparable job management software
