**About the Role**:
Are you detail-oriented with a passion for organization and efficiency? CarPlace Bibra Lake is looking for a **Listing Coordinator** who can systematically manage our online inventory listings, while also providing investigate and provide solutions for gaps in our processes and operations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within our organisation and contribute to our continued success.
- Organise and update our inventory database with meticulous attention to detail.
- Craft compelling vehicle listings that highlight key features and engage potential buyers.
- Coordinate high-quality photography sessions and ensure consistency in image presentation.
- Conduct regular audits of listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor customer feedback and inquiries related to listings, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Thoroughly examine processes and operations to identify any inefficiencies or gaps.
- Analyse existing operations to understand where bottlenecks occur and where improvements are needed.
- Work closely with both management and operational teams to co-create and implement effective solutions.
- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

**To be successful in the role you will need**:

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to maintain consistency across listings.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging vehicle descriptions.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces and listing platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Previous experience in inventory management or customer service roles is preferred but not required.
