Due to internal movement, we are seeking a Contract Coordinator / Workflow Management Officer to join our dynamic team, based in Bibra Lake on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Mining Services Manager, this position plays a crucial role in the successful coordination of critical orders fulfilment in the logistics supply chain. The role entails performing duties within site operational hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm, with employees rostered for 7.6-hour shifts within that timeframe. Work is generally Monday to Friday, with some flexibility and the possibility of occasional weekend work in future.

On-the-Job training is available for a suitable candidate.

In this role, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring email job status updates from vendors/clients
  • Secure and update freight booking requests in third-party and company systems
  • Liaising with vendors/clients to provide updates on deliveries and pickups
  • Entering data, processing client orders and updating jobs
  • Performing freight movement inquiries
  • Provide efficient and accurate clerical support where applicable
  • Administration duties involving answering phones, scanning job sheets, data entry
  • Utilize SAP software to accurately review, interpret, and input data provided by vendors
  • Investigate purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to designated sites
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and warehouse personnel at client locations to resolve queries and coordinate logistics
  • Adhoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience using on-line freight booking systems (desirable)
  • Transport & Logistics experience (highly desirable)
