**Your new role**
Your new role as Scheduler / Customer Service Administrator will include:

- Answering phone calls, proving exceptional customer service
- Allocating work orders
- Scheduling technicians' routes
- Processing invoices
- Assisting with administrative tasks as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time-management skills
- Fast learner, ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Data entry and administration skills
- Problem solving skills and initiative
