About the Role
We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong office administration, customer service, and trade sales skills to join our team.
As a key point of contact for trade customers, you will:
- Process sales orders, invoices, and stock enquiries
- Manage customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Assist with freight scheduling and delivery coordination
- Support day-to-day office administration
- Actively build client relationships and provide product advice to drive trade sales
Key Responsibilities
- Generate picking/packing reports for warehouse & production teams
- Process trade sales orders and payments (cash, EFTPOS, credit card)
- Provide product knowledge and upsell tailored solutions
- Coordinate freight scheduling with internal and third-party providers
- Handle inbound calls and emails for orders and enquiries
- General office and administration support
Skills & Experience
- Customer service or trade sales background (building products, logistics, or related industries desirable)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiency
- Confident using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and sales/dispatch systems
- Knowledge of warehouse distribution or stock movement is advantageous
