Goodhew Electrical & Solar are Redland's award-winning solar, battery, and electrical experts. With over 18 years in business, we pride ourselves on delivering quality installations and exceptional customer service across residential, commercial, and off-grid projects.

We are seeking an Experienced Scheduler to join our growing team on a full-time basis. This position is based at our Cleveland office and would ideally suit a local with previous service administration or scheduling experience.

About the Role:

As our Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating our team of Electricians and ensuring projects run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs for our installation and service teams
  • Communicating with customers to confirm bookings and provide updates
  • Managing job changes, delays, and urgent call-outs efficiently
  • Liaising with our sales, stock control and accounts team to ensure workflow
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our systems
  • Acting as a first point of call for service claims and assisting with the allocation of new enquiries.

About You:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • Previous scheduling, service coordination, or administration experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Knowledge of the solar/electrical industry (preferred but not essential)
