**POSITION**

This business is seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team as a Scheduler and Office Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the work of technicians who provide repair and maintenance services to clients.
- Coordinate the scheduling of technicians for various automatic gate service requests
- Coordinate the whole job process from start to finish
- Maintain and update the company's scheduling system to reflect the status of all service requests
- Communicate with technicians and customers to confirm schedules and address any scheduling conflicts or issue

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

To be considered for this position it is vital that you have the below:

- Service Co-ordination, Scheduling, or General Administration experience within **ANY** form of trade industry such as Plumbing, Blinds, Gates, Electrical, Construction etc - **ALL** are encouraged to apply
