Salary: $80,000 - $82,000 + super

About the Role

As a Service Scheduler, you will be responsible for allocating service jobs to technicians and subcontractors in a timely and efficient manner. You'll ensure customers receive clear communication about job scheduling and updates, while managing related administration tasks accurately and on time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Schedule and allocate service jobs promptly to technicians and subcontractors
  • Communicate with customers regarding ETAs and any changes
  • Enter and update job details in internal systems (Salesforce and SAP)
  • Manage preventative maintenance schedules and service order pipeline
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and compliance processes

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in scheduling or coordination roles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced environment
