**The Opportunity**:
We are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator to join our growing team. The role is full-time reporting directly to the Team Leader, the hours of work are between 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday and based in our head office in Kelvin Grove or **work from Home flexibility**

**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the General Manager and Team Leader, you will be someone who thrives on coordinating and allocating client services, rises to the challenge of backfilling unplanned leave and is committed to building and forging lasting relationships with key stakeholders. As a Scheduling Administrator you will be solution-focused and be part of a business that is growing rapidly.

**As a Scheduling Administrator, you will be someone who**:

- Is a confident multi-tasker, able to prioritise work
- Has a strong geographical knowledge
- Has had at least one year previous experience working in a scheduling role
- Enjoys problem-solving and ensuring client services are delivered
- Is fluent with technology and;
- Readily builds relationships with others.

**Skills and experience you will need to succeed in this dynamic role**:

- Scheduling/rostering experience is highly desirable
- Well-developed problem solving, analytical and reporting skills
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable but not essential.
