About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing Professional to join our team at Holdsworth. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your marketing expertise and contribute to our mission of empowering people to thrive, grow and find a sense of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to foster a strong online community and expand our reach.
  • Create and distribute eDM campaigns, newsletters, and other digital content that resonates with our audience.
  • Lead fundraising marketing initiatives to support organisational goals and objectives.
  • Support content creation (photography, video, and print) with a focus on branding and storytelling that showcases our impact.
  • Update website content and optimise for accessibility, SEO, and user experience to ensure seamless navigation and maximum engagement.
  • Assist in events planning and promotional activities that align with our mission and values.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with our overall strategy and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • Experience with content creation, including photography, video, and print.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.

Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
