About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine pricing strategies aligned with evolving market trends, customer preferences, and competitive shifts.
  • Provide analytics-based recommendations to senior leaders, shaping key commercial strategies.
  • Track and report key metrics tied to pricing and revenue, ensuring alignment with business targets.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2, promoting data-driven decision-making and continuous skill development.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to synchronize pricing strategies with product offerings and go-to-market plans.

Requirements

  • Commercial and strategic mindset with experience in statistical analysis, financial modeling, and pricing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing data-driven pricing strategies in dynamic industries.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate meaningful business insights derived from large, complex datasets.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and data visualization platforms.
  • Prior managerial or leadership experience.
