Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimise social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to drive online community growth.
  • Create and distribute electronic direct mail (EDM) campaigns, newsletters and other digital content.
  • Lead fundraising marketing initiatives to support organisational goals.
  • Support content creation (photography, video, and print) with a focus on branding and storytelling.
  • Ensure website content is up-to-date, accessible, SEO-friendly and provides a seamless user experience.
  • Assist in planning and promoting events.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes opportunities for professional development, flexible working arrangements and a supportive team environment.
