**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth and success of our independent school. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that drive student enrollment, retention, and overall college growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the college's goals and objectives
  • Lead a professional marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high-quality results
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create effective marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and communications
  • Stay up-to-date with educational trends, industry developments, and best practices in marketing and education

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in strategic marketing leadership, preferably in the education sector
  • Exceptional project planning, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and foster a customer-centric culture
