The Business Growth Manager is responsible for driving the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting to closing deals. They need to possess strong commercial acumen, be goal-oriented, and capable of building a revenue engine from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the full sales cycle – from prospecting through to closing
- Sell a broad portfolio of services including Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity (SOC, dark web monitoring), ISP, VOIP, and hardware via an eShop
- Navigate a 2–3 month sales cycle, closing deals between $50k–$150k TCV
- Articulate the value of locally based support, certified engineers, and deep cyber credentials to SMBs
- Proven BDM or Account Executive with tech sales experience
- Commercially savvy, goal-oriented, and capable of building a revenue engine from scratch
- Located in Melbourne or the eastern suburbs
- Join a growth-stage business with strong infrastructure and ambitious goals
- Deliver solutions from an ISO 27001 and SMB1001 accredited provider
- Australian-based team, Microsoft-certified engineers, and a fully staffed SOC
- Uncapped commissions, trailing earnings on renewals, and quarterly bonuses
- Salary review after 6 months based on performance
