We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive sales expansion and customer retention across the South East region of Melbourne.
About the Role:
- You will report to the Victorian State Sales Manager, responsible for selling waste management solutions to existing and new customers.
- You will work independently, developing new business opportunities and growing your portfolio through effective customer engagement and relationship building.
- You will communicate with various stakeholders, utilizing your consultative approach to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry connections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- You possess experience in high-volume B2B sales, preferably within the waste industry, with a proven track record of winning new business.
- You have excellent communication skills, with a friendly and consultative style when interacting with customers.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with strong presentation skills.
