Expansion Sales Role

This role involves leading the upsell and cross-sell of enterprise software solutions to drive incremental subscription revenue from existing customer install bases.

As an expansion sales professional, you will be responsible for nurturing and owning the expansion relationship within assigned accounts/territories and maximizing our footprint within them.

  • Meet and exceed sales goals through analyzing consumption metrics, prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities end to end within assigned accounts/territories.

Customer success is paramount to us. In this role, you won't simply sell products; you will analyze consumption metrics, consult, and listen deeply to understand current and future business needs.

Requirements

We are looking for professionals with:

  • Expert-level experience and the ability to use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
  • Deep industry knowledge and understanding of a customer's decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.

Additionally, we require:

  • At least 3 years of field sales experience in the SaaS space.
  • Experience selling data management software.
