Business Development Representative

XM Cyber is a leading hybrid cloud exposure management company that's changing the way organizations approach cyber risk. Our innovative approach uses the attacker's perspective to find and remediate critical attack paths across on-premises and multi-cloud networks.
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities- Represent XM Cyber by developing a comprehensive understanding of our solution and its value proposition.
- Generate Leads and build relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound activities.
- Manage and Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives and partners for the next steps.
- At least 1 year of business development experience with a history of exceeding targets.
- Native-level English communication skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of industry-standard sales technologies, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Gong, etc.
- Time management and personal organization skills.
- Motivation, determination, and perseverance.
