We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent XM Cyber by developing a comprehensive understanding of our solution and its value proposition.
  • Generate Leads and build relationships with potential customers through inbound and outbound activities.
  • Manage and Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives and partners for the next steps.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of business development experience with a history of exceeding targets.
  • Native-level English communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard sales technologies, such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Gong, etc.
  • Time management and personal organization skills.
  • Motivation, determination, and perseverance.
