Job Title: Business Development Director - Mandarin Speaker

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our FX/CFD sales team in Sydney. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new opportunities to drive sales growth
  • Lead a team to coordinate and deliver marketing activities, conduct training initiatives, and communicate product improvements
  • Solid understanding of the financial industry and ability to inform clients
  • Engage key stakeholders to close new deals and build client relationships
  • Build long-lasting trusting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment
  • Present seminars and webinars confidently

Requirements:

  • 2 years industry experience
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Basic understanding of the industry
  • Ability to make quick decisions
  • Mandarin language proficiency is required
  • Strong sales negotiation skills
  • Experience managing a team or holding a supervisory position
