Business Development Director

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Director. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to drive revenue growth, expand our presence in the real estate industry, and contribute to the success of MRI Software.
About the Role:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to enhance their experience with MRI Software.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions to customers' unique challenges and strategic initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored support.
- Work closely with the sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and new business development strategies, ensuring alignment and driving collective success.
- Develop and execute account plans, targeting whitespace opportunities, and building on existing client relationships to drive revenue growth and retention.
- Facilitate the sales administration process in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Design and implement strategies to achieve short- and long-term sales goals for targeted clients, working collaboratively with sales leadership and marketing teams.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in account management or business development, preferably in the software industry or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through customer relationships, exceeding sales targets, and operating in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred but not required.
- Salesforce experience is advantageous but not essential.
