Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team and drive growth in our Food Service portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective channel marketing strategies and activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, supporting campaign execution, monitoring performance, and developing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive growth in the Food Service portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Support campaign execution, including project management and coordination
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Develop platforms to support channel marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or marketing
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
