Nurse Education Specialist

As a key member of our hospital team, we seek an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Educator to provide hands-on educational support and clinical teaching to graduate nurses & students.
This role requires promoting high standards of evidence-based nursing care to all patients through dissemination of current best practice knowledge. Additionally, you will ensure staff compliance with mandatory training and eLearning components.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership in providing educational support and clinical teaching
- Promoting high standards of nursing care
- Staff compliance with mandatory training and eLearning components
Required qualifications include:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Post-graduate certificate in ED or working towards
- Certificate IV in workplace assessment and training (TAE) or working towards
- Educator experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms
- High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
