Specialist Nurse - Clinical Educator
Job Description:As a Specialist Nurse - Clinical Educator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the professional development of nursing staff across our clinical settings. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure best practice by providing ongoing education and support to enhance the skills and knowledge of nursing staff.
The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical teaching, clinical supervision, or implementation and facilitation of educational programs. They will possess high-level learning and development facilitation experience, presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Clinical teaching and clinical supervision experience
- Postgraduate qualifications in relevant nursing specialty, preferably a Masters in Advanced Nursing
- Postgraduate qualification in Education or Clinical Supervision
- Minimum 5 years nursing experience
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet set timelines
- Competent computer skills including; PowerPoint, Excel, Word
