Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking an experienced Scrubbing Specialist to join our Operating Theatre Team on a Full-Time basis.
As a Specialist, you will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided.
About the Role:
- Identify educational needs by partnering with Nursing Leaders and Clinical Support Functions.
- Lead and foster a learning environment.
- Maintain professional and constructive working relationships.
- Prioritize Health safety and quality frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on scrubbing practices.
- Develop and implement education programs for new graduates.
- Conduct competency assessments and provide feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE).
- Working with Children check (if relevant).
- Thorough knowledge of standards and current legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in eLearning platforms.
