Expert Nursing Educator

Deliver high-quality patient care through education, training, and mentorship. As a Lead Learning and Development Specialist, you will identify educational needs, foster a culture of learning, and prioritize patient safety and quality frameworks.
- Collaborate with nursing leaders to develop and implement education programs.
- Provide coaching and support to new employees to ensure their success in the role.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive education and training programs for nursing staff.
- Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of education programs to inform future improvements.
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the relevant healthcare authority.
- Certificate IV Workplace Assessment & Training (TAE).
- A Working with Children check (if applicable).
- Flexibility to work across multiple hospitals or healthcare settings.
