Account Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Executive to join our team at Balance Agency. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
Our ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an account-facing role within a marketing or creative agency environment. They will possess strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (social, content, email) and how to effectively manage and leverage them.
